Swiss Re are a leading global reinsurance company. They are the second largest reinsurer in the world, with over 150 years of experience and offices in 25 countries. They are passionate about making the world a braver and more confident place, applying fresh perspectives and knowledge to anticipate and manage risk for their clients.
They needed a website for their insurance subsidiary company iptiQ, a Life & Health Insurance provider working with leading consumer brands to provide financial protection solutions for people across the globe.
With a client base spanning across Europe, they needed the site to be accessible to people from a number of different countries, meaning the site’s content needed to be readable in a number of languages.
We stepped in to build the iptiQ website, allowing them to reach customers across Europe.
We delivered a multi-lingual Wordpress website that communicates iptiQ’s key values and core service offerings.
Our team adapted to working with content in a number of different languages. The site’s content can be viewed in English, Dutch, German and Polish, making the site accessible for iptiQ’s wide ranging customer base.
To further tailor the experience to the user, we added geolocation to detect the user’s location and adapt the site content’s language accordingly. The browser uses IP address positioning to decipher the user’s location and instantly calls up the correct content language.
This process makes the site experience a lot quicker and easier for the user, as they don’t have to manually select their language. The site automatically adapts to them and makes the content instantly accessible.
The site itself gives the user a fully informed view of iptiQ’s high quality service range, as well as other useful information such as who the iptiQ team are and what makes iptiQ different.
There is also a dedicated ‘Who we work with’ section, which details the types of customers iptiQ works with. This allows the user to find out quickly if iptiQ are right for them, instead of trying to work it out themselves by trawling through the site.
The site includes a form allowing users to get in touch easily if they have specific enquiries. Again, this adds to the personalised nature of the site and allows users to get a more tailored experience.
Overall, we have built an engaging, informative website that can be accessed by users from a number of countries. The automatic language adjustment allows users to receive a unique experience, getting to the information that they need quickly and easily.
