A big part of the joy and reward for the team at Mashbo is our clients' successes, when they get acknowledgement of their hard work and investment, and progress their organisational missions.
When they celebrate, we celebrate with them.
With that in mind, we wanted to highlight the recent successes of two of our clients, workpal and Chasing the Stigma.
workpal - Tech Climbers 2023
A big congratulations to the team at Thirsty Horses Solutions the creators of workpal, a state of the art digital platform that transforms the outdated Performance Management approach to the future of work system for their inclusion on the 2023 LCR Tech Climbers list.
Tech Climbers' mission is to highlight and celebrate the top-performing IP-rich, product-led technology businesses that are driving innovation in dynamic and expanding regions across the UK.
The workpal system is recognised in the list for its innovative support for staff appraisals and worker wellbeing in four NHS Trusts and organisations.
Chasing the Stigma - Markel 3rd Sector Care Awards
We also wanted to celebrate the success of the collective team at Chasing the Stigma as the Hub of Hope picks up yet another accolade at the Markel 3rd Sector Care Awards, for best use of technology.
The awards reward the hard work, dedication, innovation and excellence of those working in the not-for-profit sector who are making a positive difference to people’s lives.
We may have told you about them before, but as a recap, Chasing the Stigma is a national mental health charity on a mission to normalise and humanise conversations about mental health, whilst ensuring that everyone in the UK can access clear pathways to support.
As part of the charity’s mission the team has created the Hub of Hope which is the largest database of mental health services of its kind in the UK, with 15,000+ monthly user interactions. It has implemented signposting partnerships with NHS Trusts across the country, Network Rail, the Association of Mental Health Providers, Centre for Mental Health, Admiral Taverns and many more, ensuring people can find help whenever and wherever they need it.
Congratulations on an excellent addition to the growing list of accolades team CTS!
