Charity Times Award for the Hub of Hope

Well the Hub of Hope team has only gone and done it again!

Last night at the Charity Times Awards 2018 the app was awarded the 'Best Use of Technology' accolade. Chasing the Stigma CEO, Jake Mills was at the ceremony in London to collect the award and we were cheering him on.

We were up against some tough competition, with some great projects from Little Troopers with Cantarus and Harper Collins, Medair UK and Qlik, The Challenge and Westminster Drug Project all in the running for the award. In our minds all of these organisations are winners, like us they are pushing boundaries and trying to find ways to use technology to help others.

We're completely overwhelmed by the success of the Hub of Hope, especially with this award coming so hot on the heels of our BIMA award last month. The app really is a team effort and labour of love. Jake's vision and committment, our team's determination and the support of so many fantastic organisations is what has made all this happen.

In our post about the BIMA award win, we highlighted all the great things that the Hub of Hope has achieved. You can read it here.

This time we just want to say THANK YOU for your support. Whether you've given time to the project, donated money, run through mud, published our news updates our just shared the Hub of Hope on social media. You've all played a part.

We're really excited to take the Hub of Hope even further and ensure it helps even more people access vital mental health support and we hope you'll continue on that journey with us.

The web app is available online, in the App Store and in the Play Store. It is free to download and use and also free for organisations to register, simply visit: chasingthestigma.co.uk/hub-of-hope/
